Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must generally be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories and included components.
Gift cards, memberships, activated SaaS licenses, personalized products and opened hygiene-sensitive items are generally excluded unless they arrive defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Return requests should include the relevant order reference and reason for return. Requests are reviewed against the applicable eligibility requirements before return instructions are provided.
